Adeline teaches the Beantown school and one night while practicing for a social Roy Quaker asked if he could see her home , and Adeline said : ' I've a lantern and 2 eyes to see with .

Mr. and Mrs. C. F. Estes have been down to East Lansing and spent 3'weex with Nil- ey Bailey who is their son - in - law and with his wife lone who is their daughter . And so Mr. Estes built Niley a rough cottage for his ford so it would not rust and blister under the East Lansing sky .
